Technical support over the Easter period 25 March - 3 April

Technical support during the Easter season and the week following may be limited. You can still  contact us  via the usual methods, but we may be slower in responding. For emergency or urgent server problems, please send an SMS to +90 533 495 9737. Happy Easter.

Server maintenance

A patch was applied today to a server hosting many of customers to protect against vulnerability (CVE-2016-0800) in the SSLv2 protocol, which could allow an attacker to compromise the security of encrypted connections to or from our server. This required a server restart and as a result one of our database servers did not restart automatically. This has been resolved and everything on the server should be working normally now. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you experience any problems which may or may not be related to this maintenance, please contact us .

Server migration in progress

We are in the process of testing the migration of our customers' website and email services to our new server. The new server has more RAM and SSD drives so performance will improve. It also has updates to the Plesk control panel and supports different versions of PHP. We do not expect any downtime for customers. The IP address will change and so customers who are maintaining their own DNS records will need to update these. If this is the case for you, we will be in contact with you directly. We will keep the current server active until all sites have successfully migrated. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Horde webmail login problem

We are aware of a problem with login to webmail for customers on our main server using Horde. We are working to resolve this issue. Normal POP and IMAP access to email and the alternative webmail Roundcube are working. If you need us to change your webmail interface to Roundcube please contact us .
