Our service provider is currently upgrading a network switch and as a result one of our servers is offline. This maintenance is happening because failure of the equipment could cause prolonged downtime. This is being done to improve security, stability, and performance. It has top priority and we expect the server to be back online as soon as possible.  

Web and email services were interrupted on Tuesday 19 April due to a service provider domain name server problem. The network is back to normal now and measures are being put in place to prevent this happening again. More information on this incident here.

One of our service providers will be upgrading network equipment between the hours of 7:00am and 9:59 am ( EEST ) on Tuesday 29 June 2010. During this time some packet loss (slow or broken connections) may occur. If you experience any problems during this time, please wait a few minutes and try again.

There was a network routing problem between Turkey and Vista Interactive's servers. Websites and email services were live and available to everywhere else.
