If you have seen an unexpected decrease in your available web storage it is because we turned on a backup service on our main web server and this created backup copies of your content on the same server. We have since turned off this onsite backup and your storage capacity will return to normal. We recommend that you backup your data regularly and you should keep a recent copy of your website on a separate computer so it can be restored if anything goes wrong.
