Messages from Hotmail addresses are not being delivered to our mail servers.
Messages from our mail servers are being delivered to Hotmail addresses. The fault seems to be limited to Hotmail only and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

To prevent spam, TTNet is blocking port 25. This means our customers using TTNet may need to use the alternative 587 port for SMTP.

Solving Outlook server connection problems
From time to time, some customers using Outlook have experienced server connection problems.
If Outlook stops sending or receiving correctly, here is how to reset it.

If Outlook stops sending or receiving correctly, here is how to reset it.
- Select File - Work Offline in Outlook
- Move (to Drafts) or delete any messages in the Outbox
- Close Outlook
- Press Ctrl-Alt-Del and run Task Manager
- Find Outlook in the list and close it completely
- Restart Outlook
- Select File - Work Offline again to return Outlook to working online
- Try to resend your emails

Server memory problems
