TYPO3 Core and Extension Updates

We have updated our customers' TYPO3 websites to remove security vulnerabilities that were found in the third-party TYPO3 powermail extensions.

We have also updated the TYPO3 websites we host for our customers, to use their latest versions of TYPO3. 

TYPO3 Versions at a Glance

TYPO3 CMS 6.2 LTS	The current version in development (only for developers and brave testers) The next version with Long Term Support (LTS) is scheduled for October 2013. It will be supported until October 2016.
TYPO3 6.1	The latest stable release (for new and existing projects) This version is the current stable release. It is recommended for existing projects and will get full support (bug fixes and security fixes) until October 2013, but will get security fixes and important bugfixes until October 2014.
TYPO3 6.0	The old stable release (for existing projects) This version is the old stable release. It is recommended for existing projects and will get full support (bug fixes and security fixes) until October 2013, but will get security fixes until April 2014.
TYPO3 4.7	Another old stable release (for existing projects) This version is the old stable release. It is recommended for existing projects and will get full support (bug fixes and security fixes) until October 2013, but will get security fixes until April 2014.
TYPO3 4.5 LTS	The stable LTS release (for old projects) This version is the Long Term Support release. It can be used for existing projects, and will get full support (bug fixes and security fixes) until April 2014. Important and security related fixes will be provided until October 2014.

Most of our customers have TYPO3 4.5. LTS powering their website, with our more recent projects powered by TYPO3 4.7 or 6.1.
